Association for Rural Cooperation and Development (ARCD) is a Chinese NGO working from within the Yunnan province. ARCD has a lot of experience working with the ethnic minorities of the region. They have formerly executed projects in cooperation with the European Union and the Chinese state authorities.
ARCD mainly focuses on capacity building and education, but can also draw on a number of external consultants in order to implement infrastructure and other engineering projects.
